1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the MedLii platform ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our pharmaceutical intelligence platform and all associated services.

2. Products & Services Description

MedLii provides an AI-powered pharmaceutical intelligence platform including but not limited to:

• Enterprise Intelligence Platform - Comprehensive pharmaceutical analytics and insights
• AI-Powered Modules - 33 specialized modules for drug discovery, clinical trials, regulatory intelligence, market analysis, and competitive intelligence
• GCC Virtual Workforce - Automated pharmaceutical operations support
• Scientific Intelligence - Research paper analysis and KOL identification
• API Access - Programmatic access to platform data and insights

Pricing: Annual subscription at ₹9,99,999 INR (Indian Rupees Nine Lakh Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine only) per year, inclusive of all applicable taxes.

3. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on MedLii for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial)
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on MedLii
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing & Currency: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). The annual subscription fee is ₹9,99,999 INR per organization.

4.2 Payment Methods: We accept payments via Cashfree payment gateway which supports:

• UPI (Unified Payments Interface) - Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, and all UPI apps
• Credit Cards - Visa, Mastercard, RuPay (Domestic & International)
• Debit Cards - All major Indian and international debit cards
• Net Banking - All major Indian banks
• Mobile Wallets - Paytm, Mobikwik, and other supported wallets
• EMI - Credit card EMI options available
• Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) - Available through partner providers

4.3 Billing Cycle: Annual subscription with automatic renewal unless cancelled 30 days before renewal date.

4.4 Taxes: All prices are inclusive of applicable GST (Goods and Services Tax) as per Indian tax laws.

5. Disclaimer

The materials on MedLii are provided on an 'as is' basis. MedLii makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Further, MedLii does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

6. Limitations

In no event shall MedLii or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on MedLii, even if MedLii or a MedLii authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

7. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on MedLii could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. MedLii does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete or current. MedLii may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice.

8. Links

MedLii has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by MedLii of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

9. Modifications

MedLii may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
